2. Enquiries vs. bookings
Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request, not a binding booking. A charter is confirmed only when we issue a written quote that you accept and the deposit (typically 50%) clears.
3. Charter terms
The full charter contract, security deposit, weather policy and cancellation terms are shared in the quote. The captain has final authority on routing and safety.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site (including photography, copy and design) is owned by Ibimar or licensed for use. You may not republish without written permission.
5. Cookies
